Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CertifyPlus, a cloud-based compliance and operational management platform provided by Solara Group.

These Terms establish the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between Solara Group and the organizations and individuals who access or use CertifyPlus.

By accessing or using CertifyPlus, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using CertifyPlus on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

 

About CertifyPlus

CertifyPlus is an enterprise platform designed to help organizations securely manage compliance, operational, and business processes from a single workspace.

Depending on your organization’s configuration, CertifyPlus may include capabilities such as:

• Certificates
• Compliance Records
• Cases
• Requests
• Approvals
• Electronic Signatures
• Invoices
• Document Libraries
• Internal & External Collaboration
• Workflow Automation
• Reporting & Analytics
• AI-powered assistance through Certi+

 

Each customer operates within a dedicated workspace designed to securely isolate users, records, documents, and operational information from every other customer.

CertifyPlus is continuously enhanced with new capabilities, integrations, and improvements to support evolving business and regulatory requirements.

 

Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using CertifyPlus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, company, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Where a separate written agreement, Master Services Agreement (MSA), Subscription Agreement, or Order Form exists between Solara Group and the Customer, that agreement will take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

 

Eligibility

To access or use CertifyPlus, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority within your jurisdiction.
• Have authority to act on behalf of your organization where applicable.
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their authorized users comply with these Terms.

 

Customer Accounts

Access to CertifyPlus is provided through individual user accounts.

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information.
• Protecting account credentials.
• Managing user access within their organization.
• Promptly disabling accounts that are no longer authorized.
• Notifying Solara Group of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.

 

User accounts are intended for individual use and must not be shared between multiple users.

Organization administrators are responsible for assigning roles and permissions appropriate to each user.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for how they use CertifyPlus.

This includes responsibility for:

• Information entered into the platform.
• User permissions.
• Internal workflows and approvals.
• Operational decisions.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communications with employees, clients, vendors, partners, and other external users.

 

While CertifyPlus provides tools to streamline business operations and compliance activities, it does not replace professional judgment, management oversight, or legal advice.
